Juliette explained that as sunlight decreases, trees make less chlorophyll—the green chemical used in photosynthesis—revealing the beautiful fall colors underneath. Great job, Juliette! Come to the library to claim your prize. Stay tuned for next week’s question!
The last day of 8th grade girls’ volleyball tryouts will be today at 2:45 pm in Gym A.
Back to School Night is happening on Thursday, September 25th and we are looking for 8th grade students to stand out in the hallways and direct the caregivers to their students’ classrooms. If you are free on Thursday September 25th from 6:15 PM until 8:45 PM, come to the main office at any point between today and Monday, September 22nd to put your name in for consideration.
To all students: Today after school there will be teachers outside with magnets to unlock your Yondr pouches in the front courtyard near the flagpole. Students near the courtyard doors at the end of the day can exit through those doors and unlock your pouches in the courtyard.
There will be no 3:30 pm bus to Boston today. All students riding to Boston will be taking the 2:30 pm bus. The late bus in Wellesley will leave at 3:30 pm.
