Last week’s winner of Black History Month Trivia is Brooks Berger from Advisory 219. Please come to the Main Office to collect your prize. This week’s trivia questions were created by the 8th Grade United Scholars class. Today’s question is: “What neighborhood in New York City became a hub for Black artists, writers, and musicians in the 1920s?” If you think you know the answer, come down to the main office to make your guess. Stay tuned tomorrow for the answer and a new question.
Tomorrow is the Grade Level Competition for Spirit Week! 6th graders wear something black, 7th graders wear something white, and 8th graders wear something red.
The Yearbook Club will be meeting after school in Ms. Martell’s Room 306 on Tuesday this week instead of Monday.
6th grade students in Ms. Moore’s tutoring program, please report directly to the library after school today.
The bus to Boston will leave at 3:30 today. The late bus in Wellesley also leaves at 3:30. All students need to listen for the PA announcements for their departure from WMS.
