TODAY IS DAY 3

Just a reminder, WMS is closed tomorrow for ROSH HASHANAH.

Are you curious about what some people in our WMS community will be celebrating tonight? Tonight begins the

Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah. Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It is celebrated for either 1 or 2 days,

beginning at sundown the night before. Apples and honey are shared symbolizing hopes for a sweet new year.

Rosh Hashanah also begins the 10 most holy days in the Jewish year. You can wish someone a “sweet new year”

or a “good new year.”

There are students at WMS who will be observing this holiday. We wish all people at WMS observing this holiday a

“sweet new year” or a “good new year.”

**Attention students: while you are at home tomorrow, WMS will be adding a new backup power system to the Middle School.

During this process, there may be times when you have a hard time logging in. If this happens,

please wait and try again in 10 minutes.
