Sprague School Book Swap
Do you have books you want to get rid of? Do you want to promote summer reading? Do you want to get books into the hands of kids who lack access to books?
If yes, you’ll be happy to learn the Green Team is running a Book Swap/Drive.
During the next two weeks, May 13-17 and May 20-24, send your children to school with books they’d like to swap. They can be placed in boxes either in the front-door alcove or the library alcove. Students will have the chance to pick out a book to take home during their library class at the end of the month. All leftovers will be donated to “More Than Words”, an organization that helps those who are in the foster care system, court involved, homeless, or out of school.
