Morning Announcements for Friday, February 1, 2019
TODAY IS DAY 6
* Students: Last day for elective changes is Monday, February 4th. If you are requesting a change, you need to see your guidance counselor by then and bring a note from your parent.
*Attention Boston Students: This afternoon, there is a late bus scheduled to leave at 3:30 pm. We have an after-school event called “First Fridays” where there will be games and activities
for students to participate in from 2:30 – 3:30 pm. All students are welcome! Members of the Wellesley High School Cheer Squad will be here to teach students some cheers.
LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT WEEK:
* The 8th grade students will be walking to Wellesley High School for their orientation next week. Teams W & M will go to the high school on Tuesday, February 5th and Teams S
and WMS will go on Thursday, February 7th. Students will go to the high school with their homerooms. Students: it is winter and please remember to dress accordingly to make the
walk to the high school. More details to follow.
* EARLY RELEASE DAY: Next Wednesday, February 6th is an Early Release Day. Periods will run 1, 2, 3 & 4. All students must leave school after the bell and there will not be any
after school activities. The Library will also close at 2:30 pm. Please plan on taking the bus, walk, or get a ride home. Students: Please leave your iPads home on Wednesday unless
your teacher has asked you to.
