Morning Announcements for Wednesday, October 11, 2017
TODAY IS DAY 4
Today is an early release day. Periods will run 1,2,3 & 4. Due to Department meetings, teachers will not be available after school. Students must make arrangements to leave the building after the bell. Please remember – no iPads to class today.
Today is also 8th GRADE CLASS PHOTO DAY. 8TH graders, when you go to your 2nd period class today, your class will be going to Sprague Field for an entire 8th grade class photo.
You will be back from your photo in time for your 3rd period class. All 8th graders will be part of this photo. You can also buy a photo, extra forms are available in the main office.
Also for 8th grade students: Tonight is the informational meeting for 8th grade students AND parents/guardians to come and learn about the 3 different trips offered during April break: Washington, DC, the Civil War Trip and the Civil Rights trip. Flyers are available in the cafeteria during lunch.
ALL STUDENTS:
Please leave all skateboards in the main office when you get to school. Skateboards are not allowed to be used in the hallways and should not be put in your lockers, as it causes them to jam. You can leave them behind the counter in the main office.
SPORTS EVENTS TODAY:
Please see the list of sporting events/practices happening today on the bulletin board outside of the main office.
INTRAMURALS:
There are no intramurals today due to the early release day.
