Morning Announcements for Tuesday, April 10, 2018
TODAY IS DAY 1
* PARENTS: just a reminder – next week is April vacation and WMS will be closed. From Tuesday – Friday, the main office will be open from
8:00 – 3:00.
* Tomorrow will be Grade 7 MCAS ELA during periods 1, 2 & 3. Please make sure you eat a good breakfast tomorrow morning and get plenty of
sleep tonight.
* Tomorrow, April 11th is the WMS Annual French Fete. The time is 2:30 – 3:30 pm and it is being held in the cafeteria. There will be a lot of great foods to try, including
Crepes and croissants, and even a chance to take a selfie with Mona Lisa and a dance competition! Hope to see you there tomorrow after school.
* Ms. Wheeler’s music classes have 2 concerts this week. One is Thursday at 10:45 am in the auditorium and the other concert is Friday at 1:40 pm, also in the auditorium.
Come and see what these students have accomplished, including playing the Ukuleles and performing melodies!
* Ukulele club will be meeting after school today in the auditorium.
* The Gay/Straight Alliance will be meeting with snacks during all three lunches today in room 351. Everyone is welcome to attend, even if you’ve never attended before.
* LOST & FOUND – please check the items on the tables in the cafeteria today for any items that may belong to you. There are loads of coats and jackets to look through.
INTRAMURALS TODAY:

Open Gym is in Gym B and the Fitness Center is open to all.
