TODAY IS DAY 2
* Congratulations to all 11 participants in Thursday’s WMS Geography Bee. They all showed tremendous knowledge. Eventually, we got to a final three of Anya Weerapana of
Grade 6 House WMS, along with Cooper Kennedy from Grade 8 Team WMS and Nick Remedios from Grade 8 Team S. The dramatic finals between Anya and Nick went to 4 tiebreaker questions, with Nick becoming the WMS Geo Bee 2018 Champion! Great job to both of you!
* Are you interested in sharing or hearing about the experiences of Asian students in our school? If yes, please join us for a lunch discussion group Monday, 12/17 in room 249
during all three lunches. Bring your lunch and bring a friend! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! See Ms. Zhou or Ms. Hannon if you have any questions.
* Chinese Culture Club will meet today after school in room 249.
* The BRCC Barton Road Community Center tutoring program will run today from 4:00 – 6:00pm. You are welcome to drop in to work on assignments, get organized, prepare for a
test or quiz, or ask questions to WMS teachers. We hope to see you there!
* Tomorrow is the last day for Lost & Found tables in the cafeteria. Please take a few minutes during your lunchtime either today or tomorrow to see what may belong to you.
After Friday the remaining items will be donated to charity.
* Dungeons & Dragons Club is cancelled today. Information about rescheduling will be posted to Google Classroom in the next few days, please look for a notification
