Attention all 8th graders: Between 2/24 and 3/6 each student will have an individual appointment with their counselor to discuss 9th grade course selection. Each of you will receive a pass the morning of your appointment – please make sure to show your teacher your pass before coming to your appointment.
8th Grade Boys or Girls interested in playing on the WMS tennis team this spring, please come to a mandatory 10-minute informational meeting Tuesday after school in Mr. Crowe’s room, 231. Please note – this is only for 8th graders interested in tennis.

Sign up for First to the Frontpage, a free twelve-week journalism program with an individualized approach to teaching taught by high school journalists.
This program will run every Wednesday, excluding half days, from 2:45 to 3:25 pm with a start date of March 11. You will have the chance to have articles that you write and for your projects to be published!

Today’s fact is: Carter Godwin Woodson was one of the first scholars to value and study Black History. Dr. Woodson is known as the Father of Black History. Thank you to everyone who made guesses during our Black History trivia contest.
