Morning Announcements for Thursday, March 22, 2018
TODAY IS DAY 1
Faculty meetings will be held after school today. With the exception of the play, there will not
be any after school activities today. Students must leave the building after the bell. There are no clubs or Intramurals this afternoon.
Be sure to come and see Once on This Island Jr! The first show is today at 4:30 pm. Other show dates are Friday, March 23 at 7:00 pm and Saturday, March 24th
at 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00 for students. Come and see the cast and crew as well as 4 surprise guests! They will be raising money for relief in Puerto Rico,
so bring some extra pocket money!
ATTENTION 8th Grade students enrolled and those who are interested in enrolling on the DC/NYC trip: There will be a MANDATORY meeting after school on WEDNESDAY,
March 28 from 2:30-3:00 in Room 215. There are also still some spots left on this trip! If you are interested in enrolling, attend this meeting! Please see Ms. Pham if you have any questions.
Mini Marathon is scheduled for Thursday, April 26. T-shirt order forms will be in 6th and 7th grade homerooms next week. All that is needed is your t-shirt size and either $10 cash or a
check made out to the WMS PTO. Your homeroom teacher will collect the payment from you.
The BRCC Barton Road Community Center WMS Tutoring Program runs today from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Please come and work on your assignments with support from your teachers.
Just a reminder, Spring Sports Physical forms are due in the nurse’s office tomorrow!
The Girl’s Softball meeting has been moved to Friday after school in the cafeteria from 2:30 – 2:45 pm.
