TODAY IS DAY 2
STUDENTS: Just a reminder that all hoods and hats are not allowed
to be worn for the entire school day. Please take down your hoods and
take your hats off when you arrive at school.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CAST & CREW OF ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, JR. on a fabulous opening performance! You were all spectacular! Have a wonderful weekend
of performances! Other show dates include tonight at 7:00 pm and tomorrow at 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00 for students. Come and see the cast and crew as well as
four surprise guests! They will be raising money for relief in Puerto Rico, so please bring some extra pocket money!
IMPORTANT TRIP MEETINGS NEXT WEEK:
8th grade Civil Rights Trip Participants: Our next after school meeting is on Monday, March 26 from 2:30 – 3:30 in room 229 in room 229. Your medical forms are also due at
this time. Please see Mrs. Coffey or Ms. Gabrielson, if you have any questions or are not able to attend.
Attention: 8th grade students enrolled and those who are interested in enrolling in the DC/NYC trip: There will be a MANDATORY meeting after school next Wednesday, March
28 from 2:30 – 3:00 in Room 215. There are also still some spots available to attend this trip! If you are interested in enrolling, please plan on attending this meeting. Pease see Ms.
Pham if you have any questions.
SPORTS NEWS:
Physical forms are due in the nurse’s office today in order for you to participate in Spring Track.
SPRING TRACK: If you are interested in joining Spring Track, there will be an informational meeting next Thursday, March 29th at 2:45 pm in Gym A. Please plan to attend.
The first Girl’s Softball meeting will be held today after school in the cafeteria from 2:30 – 2:45 pm.
Any 7th or 8th graders interested in learning about the WMS tennis team need to attend an after school meeting on Wednesday, March 28 in Room 210 with Mr. Crowe
