TODAY IS DAY 4
* Today’s Grade 8 Pano picture photo shoot has been rescheduled to next Thursday, October 18, which is a Day 3.
* Attention 8th Graders: There will be an informational meeting this Tuesday, October 16th at 6:30pm in the WMS cafeteria for both the April break Civil Rights trip
and the trip to Washington, D.C/New York City. This meeting will give important information about the trips and sign-up directions. Look for the flyers in the main office.
If you have any questions about either trips, please see or e-mail Mrs. Magarie, Ms. Russell, Mrs. Gabrielson or Mr. Bogage.
Also, there will be a brief 8th grade student meeting for those of you who are interested in hearing more about the Washington, D.C./New York City trip in Mr. Bogage’s
room 308 on Monday, October 15th after school.
* Clubs happening today:
-Math Team will meet in room 308 today after school.
-Chinese Culture Club will meet in room 249, Ms. Zhou’s room.
* Attention all students who signed up for the Dungeons and Dragons Club. Due to high interest, D&D will be breaking up into multiple sessions. All 7th & 8th graders who signed
up at the Club Fair should check their e-mails for more information. 6th graders will receive a message in homeroom on Friday.
* The BRCC Barton Road Community Center tutoring program will run today from 4:00 – 6:00pm. You are welcome to drop in to work on assignments, get organized, prepare for
a test or quiz, or ask questions of current WMS teachers. We hope to see you there!
*LOST & FOUND – Students, please take a minute today during your lunch time to look through the various sweatshirts, sweaters and water bottles that are on the tables in the
cafeteria. After tomorrow, these items will be donated.
