TODAY IS DAY 2
It’s Daylight Savings Time: Don’t forget to turn your clocks back an hour Saturday night! Enjoy the extra hour sleep on Sunday!
* Teachers: Just a reminder that Term 1 ends today. Grades are due on Wednesday, November 7th at 5:00pm. Report cards will be distributed electronically on Friday, November
9th at 2:30pm.
* Thanks to everyone who has brought in their extra Halloween candy for the troops so far! We will be accepting candy donations until next Friday, November 9th. Thanks for
helping the troops!
* Today is picture retake day.
We will be calling the students down by grade. If a student missed photo day and/or would like to have their photo retaken, please send them to the cafeteria during these periods
after the announcement from the main office:
* Period 1 Grade 6
* Period 2 Grade 7
* Period 3 Grade 8
* Best Buddies Friendship Walk: The date has been changed to SUNDAY along the river walk, starting at the Scraftt’s Center at 529 Main Street, Charlestown. Come cheer on and
help the WMS chapter of Best Buddies retain their title of the #1 fundraising group! Registration starts at 10:00am and the 1-mile walk begins at 11:00am. Funds raised go to the Best
Buddies of Massachusetts. There will also be a DJ, Food trucks and other fun activities. Hope you can make it!
LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT WEEK
* Next Wednesday, November 7th is an Early Release Day. Periods will run 1, 5, 6 & 7. All students must leave after the bell and there are no after school activities. Please do not bring
your iPads to school on Wednesday unless your teachers tell you to. The Library will also be closed at 2:30. The Spirit Wear store will be open from 11:20am until noon in the Donizetti
lobby.
*There are no Intramurals on Fridays.
