Answer: Yes, starting in 2022, you may now update your Annual Permissions in the PowerSchool App. Tap the “More…” icon in the footer and then tap the “Forms >” link.
Question: What are the differences between the PowerSchool Mobile App and accessing PowerSchool in a web browser?
Answer: The Mobile App is more limited than the browser version of PowerSchool.

Question: How Do I Login?
Answer: All families receive a username and set their password when they register their children for enrollment. A reminder of your username is sent out annually in the fall before school begins. If you do not receive a reminder with your username, please contact email@example.com to get your username and make sure that your correct email address is on file with the school in PowerSchool.
Question: I can’t remember my username?
Answer: Go to the WPS PowerSchool Parent Portal and click on the link labeled “Forgot Username or Password?” Then, click on the “Forgot Username” tab. Type in your email address and click Enter. You’ll be sent your username via email. Please note, this link is valid for only 30 minutes.

Question: I no longer have access to my email address on file with the school and so I cannot reset my password
Answer: Please contact your student’s school’s main office to update your email address on file in PowerSchool. You will be required to verify your identity with the school office staff. Click for a list of school addresses and phone numbers.
Question: Can I change my password?
Answer: Yes, once you have logged on to your Parent account, you’ll notice the Account Preferences icon located in the left-hand menu. Click on Account Preferences to change your username, password, or account email address.
Question: What happens if I change my email address?
Answer: It is very important for the Parent Portal to have your correct email address. It is used by the “Forgot Username” and “Forgot Password” processes. Once you have logged in you can view and update your email address on the “Account Preferences” link in the left-hand menu. Once an email address has changed, an automatic email notification will be sent to both the old and new email addresses, for added security.
Question: I have multiple children in the district. Can I have access to all their accounts under just one username and password?
Answer: Yes, PowerSchool’s Parent Portal Single Sign On allows parents to have access to all of their children’s accounts from just one username and password.
Question: Can each parent/guardian in the family have their own login to PowerSchool?
Answer: Yes, although we initially set up one parent/guardian account per family, if you would like a second account for another parent/guardian in your family, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your school’s office. Click for a list of school addresses and phone numbers.
Question: Can other people see my child’s grades and information?
Answer: As long as you protect your password, others will not be able to see your child’s information. Choosing a strong password will help keep your online life and personal information safe from those who should not have access to it. Password Best Practices and Recommendations from Mass.gov.
