Wellesley Public Schools (WPS) is seeking proposals from specialized van transportation companies. The Invitation to Bid (IFB) will be released on January 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM E.S.T. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM E. S. T. All questions regarding this Invitation for Bid must be submitted in writing or by email to the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations at schoolbids@wellesleyma.gov no later than January 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM E.S.T.
The district will review all timely questions and issue a written addendum with responses, as appropriate. The mandatory pre‑bid conference will be used to review and clarify the written responses provided in the addendum; no new questions will be accepted or answered at the pre‑bid conference. Questions can be sent to schoolbids@wellesleyma.gov. Bids are due on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM E.S.T.
