The WPS Nursing Department is in the process of updating your student’s health records for the upcoming school year. All SNAP Health Portal information needs to be confirmed annually by parents/guardians. To do so, log into Powerschool using the same username and password you use to access report cards and click the SNAP Health Portal icon on the left sidebar. From there, you will receive prompts to confirm or update your student’s immunizations, health conditions, and renew permissions. This process ensures that the information in your student’s health record is accurate and confirmed for the new school year. Read more about the SNAP Health Portal on the WPS Nursing website.
